The Hotel Saint-Germain hereby informs theGuest that, in the event of a dispute regarding these General Terms and Conditions, the Guestmay resort to a contractual mediation procedure or any other alternative dispute resolution method, in accordance with the provisions of Title I of Book VI of the Consumer Code.
After contacting the management of the Hôtel Saint-Germain and failing to receive a satisfactory response within one (1) month, the Customer may file a complaint free of charge with the consumer ombudsman responsible for the establishment:Médiation Tourisme et Voyage (MTV) — BP 80303, 75823 Paris Cedex 17 — www.mtv.travel
NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordancewith Article L.221-28, paragraph 12, of the Consumer Code, the Customer does not have the fourteen (14)-day right of withdrawal provided for in Article L.221-18. Accommodation services, as well as, where applicable, food and beverage and recreational services, provided on a specific date or at specific intervals, are expressly excluded from this right. Consequently, all reservations are firm and final upon confirmation, subject to the cancellation terms specific to the selected rate.
