Cancellation Policy
In the table below, you will find the amounts charged in the event of a cancellation.
You can cancel your reservation by clicking on the link at the bottom of your confirmation email and following the on-screen instructions.
If your reservation includes a booking fee, please note that this fee is non-refundable.
We recommend that you cancel as soon as possible once the reason for cancellation has arisen.
Cancellation Fees
Once the reservation is made, 100% of the reservation amount is charged and is non-refundable.
In the event of a cancellation, if you paid for all or part of the reservation online, that amount will be refunded to you after deducting the cancellation fee (except for non-cancellable, non-refundable offers).
Taxes
Rates are listed inclusive of VAT. Tourist taxes, government taxes, or local taxes are to be paid on site, if applicable.
Check-in Time / Check-out Time
Your room or apartment will be available at the front desk starting at the time indicated below
On the day of your departure, you must check out of your room/apartment no later than the time indicated below. Failure to check out by this time may result in being charged for an additional night.
We recommend that you use the "Comments or Additional Information" field on the reservation form to let us know your estimated arrival time, especially if you expect to arrive late.
Check-in time (starting at): 3:00 p.m.
Check-out deadline: 12:00 p.m.
Reception Hours: Reception is open 24 hours a day
Payment and Confirmation of Reservation
In the box below, you will find the financial commitment required to confirm and secure your reservation.
Payments must be made using one of the cards listed below, through our secure web pages. Your credit card information will be encrypted using an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol with up to 128-bit encryption. Your credit card information is never transmitted over the Internet without being encrypted.

Any additional charges (bar, phone, etc.) that are not explicitly included in the rates must be paid directly on site.
Payment and Billing Currency
100% of the total amount, excluding extras, will be charged at the time of booking. The charge will be processed in EUR.

No Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28, paragraph 12, of the Consumer Code, the Customer does not have the fourteen (14)-day right of withdrawal provided for in Article L.221-18. The right of withdrawal applicable to distance contracts does not apply to accommodation services—other than residential accommodation—when such services are to be provided on a specific date or at specific intervals. Consequently, all reservations are firm and final upon confirmation, subject to the cancellation terms specific to the selected rate.
Before confirming your reservation, please review the cancellation and change policies applicable to the fare you have selected. Some fares are flexible and allow for free cancellation up to a date specified at the time of booking, while others are non-changeable, non-cancellable, and non-refundable.
Consumer Mediation
The Customer is informed that, in the event of a dispute regarding these general terms and conditions, he or she may resort to a contractual mediation procedure or any other alternative dispute resolution method, under the conditions set forth in Title I of Book VI of the Consumer Code.
After contacting the hotel management, and if no satisfactory response—or no response at all—is received within 60 days, the Customer may file a complaint free of charge with the Tourism and Travel Ombudsman:
